I work with people who are standing at a threshold because, not long ago, I was there too.
They’ve lived enough life to know that something essential is asking to change — not because they are broken, but because they are ready. Ready to shed old patterns, old identities, and ways of relating that no longer fit who they are becoming.
My work is rooted in shamanic practice, deep listening, and the understanding that healing does not happen through force. It happens through presence, timing, and trust in the body’s own wisdom.
I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I hold intentional containers where clarity, integration, and embodiment unfold over time. This work is subtle, powerful, and often quiet — yet it creates lasting change at the level where life actually reorganizes.
I am especially attuned to relational wounds, transitions of identity, and the moment when someone is ready to stop abandoning themselves in order to belong. Much of my work supports people who are stepping out of old dynamics and into a more authentic way of being — with themselves, with others, and with life.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to soften. When we are met without judgment. When nothing needs to be proven.
Those who work with me often say they feel seen, steadied, and more fully themselves — not because I tell them who to be, but because I help create the conditions where their own truth can emerge.
If you feel called here, trust that call. This work meets you exactly where you are — and walks with you as you cross into what’s next.
